A very good online course to help women manage pelvic (urogenital) pain. After 31 years of struggling on my own, using biofeedback and hypnotherapy. My therapist had me purchase this course immediately and it has helped me immensely. You can watch all videos, then use it as a reference, looking up items of concern and finding a way to conquer your pain and greatly increase your quality of life.

After giving birth with a 3rd degree tear, intercourse was excruciating and impossible for the next year and a half. (It felt like sand paper, tearing, and like something was blocked). It was so painful that I wouldn't even let the Dr. near me to do an exam. I was desperate to try any alternative to the surgery recommended and this course did the trick. I highly recommend this course!

Best most informative videos on Pelvic pain and what you might experience if you went to see a Physical Therapist for this condition! There is a detailed plan, illustrations, charts, exercise stretches, plus detailed descriptions! I am so glad I purchased it.

Aidplan created an amazing course for anybody suffering from pelvic or Vulva pain. I highly highly recommend watching the videos. It is explained by a physiotherapist and psychologist and they really helping women overcome pain.
It is such an informative program, with diagrams of your pelvic musculature so you can see the layers of muscles and nerves. It is made up of various exercises you can do at home to reduce your pain and work towards getting rid of it altogether. There are videos all the way through the course showing you what position to be in.
It has made me feel more empowered to help myself! Thanks to the team for taking the time and giving your expertise in this course!

This course is clearly structured and has LOTS of concrete suggestions and exercises to do to help address pelvic pain in women. The videos offer clear descriptions of the various exercises and helpful illustrations to go along with them. It is encouraging to be told not only can that we get better but also we can play a significant role in our own recovery. The course can be a bit intimidating/overwhelming at times, as the speaker suggests the reader do one hour of exercises each day. Finally, I have the help I needed!!!

This course was fantastic. Finally explains pelvic disfunction and how you get control over it. It is amazing that something as simple as tight muscles can cause so many problems.
By doing simple exercises every day, you will see your pain begin to vanish. It gives real help to those in chronic pain - without pills or surgery. I showed it to my PT - I use it in conjunction with the therapy. They said the improvement was impressive. I am looking forward to being pain-free soon - after almost 5 years of extreme pain.

This online program is the Bible for women who are struggling with life stealing pelvic pain. It's extremely helpful to those who rely on self care because your insurance refuses to pay for long term physical therapy. The videos covers helpful teaching and tools to help get beyond pain covering the more common issues such as endo, I/C, vulvadynia, vagismus to the misunderstood pudendal nerve damage. I highly rec. this online course. It is not a cure but it will give you techniques for some relief and hope for the day. It was referred to me by more than one highly trained pelvic pain therapists. It's up to you to actually do what they rec., but its not difficult. You will come to a deeper understanding of what you are suffering with, which is sorely lacking in medical training. I hope you find it helpful.

I had suffered from pelvic/female pain for two years and tried everything by the time I came to this website--medications, urologists, urogynecologists, gynecologists, physical therapy, and so on. Nothing seemed to help much. Then, by watching this one AMAZING course, I find a simple solution of stretching, breathing, foam roller, etc. This course literally gave me back my life. I had feared never being able to have normal, functioning activities without pain, and now I have 100% of my life back. I don't normally write reviews on here, but this course truly deserves one. Thank you Aidplan--you are angels.

I purchased this online course for my daughter who was suffering from myofacial pelvic pain syndrome after a series of bladder infections and the exercises and advice in the videos helped reduce her pain greatly. She also had the great fortune of living in NYC and is being treated with PT - Don't suffer or think you are losing your mind - this is a real syndrome with help available.

Aidplan shares many, many years of experience, easy to watch and manageable format. At the end the course, you will feel that the experts have personally shared success stories with you that are helpful on your own path to healing. The exercises provided will benefit any woman who has given birth and I honestly feel that the program should be a mandatory part of any post-partum clinic, hospital, nurse, or doula's training.

There is a great deal of detailed information about everything: anatomy, different approaches to pain relief, exercises, self care - to be used along with physical therapy. All is presented in simple clear language. Thank you, team aidplan for the encouragement you express and for making all this available!

This course eloquently Brings the issue of vaginismus to the fore. It targets women and partners who have been unable to consummate their marriages, as well as treating physicians. The speakers continually emphasise that vaginismus is body AND mind condition, thus will not go away on its own. They explain, how the condition is treated in their centre and the steps and tools needed for women to overcome this. Highly recommended reading for anyone who thinks may have vaginismus or may be in contact with them.

I just had my second baby 2 1/2 months ago and this course had been an essential part of my post-partum recovery. I was amazed how the manual techniques in these videos helped with my healing and resolved old issues that I had from the birth of my first child. They are very easy to follow and shows you how to easily integrate them into your lifestyle. This online course has been a life saver for me. This holistic approach to healing has helped me stay centered and feel good during this challenging and stressful time. I only wish I watched this course the first time around.

I am an IC patient and chronic pelvic pain sufferer. After having gone through physical therapy to the end of my financial resources I thought that the only hope left for me was medication and what few home exercises I had learned. Now I am thrilled to have found this website. AidPlan course gives you very easy to follow, detailed instructions for finding relief from daily pain. I am now able to use less medication and hope to be able to one day not use any for relief of my pelvic floor issues. The road to healing your pelvic pain issues is not easy but with this exercise plan I have confidence that I can help myself recover. I am looking forward to living a more pain free and productive lifestyle.

Informative, interesting, and engaging. This online bases treatment program really demystifies the pelvic girdle and explains, in very clear language and videos, the grey area that seems to be inaccessible to many health care practitioners. I have purchased the course for friends who have unidentified medical issues and, when my treatment with a pelvic floor physical therapist is complete, I will purchase the course for all of the doctors who misdiagnosed or who marginalized my problem. In a nutshell, this course is a breath of fresh air!

This course (and daily exercise plan) is a game changer in the explanation and review of pelvic pain treatment options. As a clinician and an educator of clinicians working in the field of pelvic dysfunction, this course has done much to reassure patients and highlight the multi-faceted approach necessary for the path to recovery, self-efficacy and becoming an empowered patient. Written as a patient facing guide, this course is essential for anyone working with pelvic pain. The AidPlan Team have been experts in their field for long; now their approach is available to the benefit of all.

Pelvic pain is of concern to many, both male and female. In my experience it was difficult to get useful professional care until I found aidplan. To say that this course is encyclopedic would be an understatement but the explanations albeit comprehensive are easily understood. One could also describe it as an outline with explanations for a multi year course on the subject of pelvic pain, likely useful even for medical students contemplating a specialty in urology. If you have to deal with any form of pelvic pain or are merely interested in the subject this is a must have buy.
